Introduction

Gimme20.com helps you achieve your fitness goals by keeping track of your fitness history! Currently, Gimme20.com allows you to record fitness results for any number of workout routines. In addition, we also have a tool for you to record your body weight.

Finding a Workout

If you are looking for some structure to your workout -- then goto the "Find a Workout" section of Gimme20.com. There you will be able to browse through Workout Routines submitted by your peers and fitness industry professionals.

Just click 'Track this Workout' to begin recording your workout results!

Buiding a Customized Workout

You know what you want! Go to the "Build Workout" section of this website and construct a Workout Routine on the fly. Gimme20.com will automagically track your fitness results for you (Providing you submit them to us of course!)

Submitting Fitness or Weight Results

Submitting your fitness and weight results is super easy. Just click that "Submit My Results" button on the top right corner of Gimme20.com.

Pretty painless eh?


Workout Reminders

Workout Schedules allow you to get automated email reminders before your workouts. The reminder service will send you a workout sheet you can print and take to the gym, and a more detailed workout guide that covers the entire routine in more detail.

I want to share my Fitness Data

No problem. You have three options:

  1. Share with Nobody - Only you can view your fitness and body weight history
  2. Share with Everyone - Anyone can view your fitness and body weight history
  3. Share with Sombody - You select which Gimme20.com users can view your fitness and body weight history

I want to export my fitness data!!!

Allright. Allright. Calm down. Gimme20.com provides the ability to export to Excel so you can take your data with you.

Can I use my Mobile from the gym?!

Heck ya! Visit http://mob.gimme20.com and
use your mobile phone to submit workout routine results, your body weight and so forth! (Just remember to turn off your ringer in the gym)

How do you stop tracking a workout?

The mobile site doesn't work

Every time I try to submit my results from the mobile site on my phone, I get the following error:

The request was redirected and will require user data to be resubmitted. Are you sure you want to continue?

I hit the OK button, and 2 seconds later the same message pops up again. Hitting Cancel just takes me back to the previous screen.

Please fix this because having a mobile interface us the ONLY reason that I chose gimme20 over alternatives.

My phone is a Samsung m610, and I am using Sprint.

Setting weightlifting goals

When I set the goals within one of my saved workouts for each exercise, I enter it in pounds (being an American) but I think it's getting converted to kilos.
