So,for about 2 weeks I was just working my upper body and letting the cardio take care of the rest. Then yesterday, I watched the Dukes of Hazzard again and decided to add my lower body back into the equation. I just have my long upper body days with extended cardio and my short lower body days with light cardio. I'm still just using walking for cardio; it's easier with a baby to just put her in the stroller and go. I'll check my stats in 2 weeks and see if there's been a difference.

So, I have been checking out diet sites lately. The one thing I have learned from this is that I don't need to track calories. It's boring and mundane to me. Also, if you chart calories, you have to chart where you burn them. I found myself straving most of the time because I'm a very active person and some sites do not take into consideration the calories you burn just being who you are. So, I'm going to try this and see if it works for me.
