1) Your latest 5 blog posts will now spill out onto your user page. Many people gave us feedback that their blogs are very important to them. We listened :)
2) Profile's appear at the top, followed by shouts and the blog posts.

Gimme20.com, a web 2.0 social fitness community and workout tracking site is seeking a new partner.

The website is a new online fitness product that provides members with the ability to discover workout routines, track their workouts, and share workout routines with others in the community. There is even support for members using their mobile phones inside the gym to record results.

Our previous partner simply became to successful as a physical world personal trainer, that she had to leave the project in order to dedicate full time to her career.

I would like to issue an apology to all our users. Someone out there has been hitting our data center firebright with a DOS server attack.

They seem to have the situation under control!

The time has come for me to take a little Vacation! I'm leaving for Panama tonite for 9 days!

Hopefully, I'll also be able to stay in shape down there! I'm scared that I may lose all the progress I've made over the past month!

Great News!

We've updated the Workout Builder on Gimme20.com to allow you to browse by using the alphabet!

This feature, suggested by a Gimme20.com user -- will allow users to build their customized workouts quicker and easier.

Gimme20.com members have spoken and the community has listened. Originally launched with only a weight tracker, many members encouraged the ability to track other things like BMI, the width of various body parts and so forth.

With the CenterNetworks.com Fat-Off kicking off today (http://www.centernetworks.com/fat-off), we figured we better beef up our tools to allow people to also set goals and be more accountable to themselves.
