Week 1 success
Week 1 was a success. I am doing the 3 Day Split program and so far I'm feeling great.
I have also started getting up at 5:30. Great success on Wednesday and today, not so much on Thursday. I just couldn't get up. I guess that will come with time.
I'm gonna start recording all my stats on Monday so that I can see my progress. This should help me find even more motivation to get up early and keep this program going.
Here Goes Nothing
I am not very motivated when it comes to working out. It is so much easier to not put forth any effort. But I'm going to pick it up again, after about four months off. Even though I can be very lazy about working out I do miss it. So, here goes nothing.
Today, I start
Today I start my official diet and exercise program. While it may be a week before I can do a thorough exercise due to my surgery on Friday, I have no excuses to not work on my upper body. I even have new weights. So here we go!
