Well I joined this because I play roller derby, or rather I did and I will be again soon and I haven't played in months so I've lost all my stamina and muscles. I'm pretty disorganised so I thought if I joined this it would sorta kick my ass a bit.

Hi! my name is Michelle, I'm new to gimme20.com. Well, doesn't that sound kinda boring. I'm never really good at writting about myself, but I thought you should all have the chance to get to know a little about ME. I have had 2 boys and decided that I want my body back, I want to feel good about myself again. So I have been in search of a great website that would keep me motivated. Hope that this can be the one. More or less you have to be willing to change and I think it's about time to keep up with my goals... So how is it going for everyone else? The Day Before Day 1

Today is the day before I commit to exercise and Diabetic Dieting. I just took a nutrition class for my Diabetes, so I have an idea of what to do. I know I can do this. And everytime I start to stumble, I just have to go back to the basics! Rome wasn't built in a day and my weight wasn't gained that fast either! I finally am understanding that patience is more than a virtue, it is a necessity! It took time to gain so much weight, it will take at least that long to lose it PERMANANTLY. And that is what I want, permanant weight-loss! So tomorrow I am committing to 20 minutes a day of exercise, 3 days a week, to start.
