New Goals for a healthy me

Looking to start my exercises tomorrow morning. Will be doing weekly weigh-ins on Saturdays effective immediately. Graduation is in June and Swim suit season begins in June as well. In June we are going on a trip to Arkansas my goal weight for June 6 is to lose 50 lbs putting me at a weight of 185. Just a tad over 3 lbs a week. I intend to be down to a size 12/14 from my current size of 18/20. I plan to drink 6-8 8oz glasses of water per day, exercise 1 hour per day and journal each day. I also plan to start calculating my sugar and cream usage in each cup of coffee.


Looking for motivational buddies online.

I'm 5'5, mixed asian, black hair at the moment, average build....but some areas are too soft LOL....atleast for my taste.

My weight has fluctuated ever since I was a teenager and I'm sick of it. I've had bursts of motivation in the past that has resulted in some weight loss and muscle gain but not enough to keep me motivated. In some instances I was exercising a lot, but my diet was poor, other times my diet was good, but I was too sedentary.

I've changed my diet and developed a new exercise program that I believe I can maintain. So far I've dropped 18 pounds and want to lose around 15 more and develop some more muscle mass. My goals are low body fat and a healthy physique.

I will do this.

Approaching 30

I am going to try tracking my fitness and health related information in a public arena in order to improve my results. I am coming up on my 30th birthday and I would like to be in great shape when that happens. I am trying to lose 45 more pounds by Oct. 14th. I need to step it up.
