This workout is the very beginning type of excercise you would perform on your 'basic' training in the army. It's designed to build you're core muscle groups and drop weight slightly. STRETCH for 5 mins, 1 set pushups, 1 set ab crunch/situps, jog, at 1.5kms, 1 set pushups, 1 set ab crunches/situps, finish run, 1 set pushups, 1 set ab crunches/situps. Do this 3 times a week+1 day of just cardio, for 2 weeks or until it becomes easy, then move on to Army Fitness Level 2!
