Great way to seperate the muscles in back!
Muscle Groups: Back, Biceps

Exercise Steps

Placing one leg on bench and the same side arm. Keep spine in neutral position and keep looking ahead.

Maintaining proper form, bring dumbbell into torso keeping elbow along the body.

Repeat.

Remember to keep the elbow close to the torso and don't let it rise higher than the line of the back. Slow and steady wins the race. ;)
