Day 1 starts tomorrow!!

Ok so starting tomorrow I'm beginning this 6 day workout, I'm going to save Sundays as my day of rest because Sundays are the days that my son comes back from his dads house and we always fill up our day with things for the three of us (my BF, son and I) to do. also, I just started taking Slim Quick a diet supplement for women has anyone here tried it or heard anything about it? just curious. Anyways I'll post more tomorrow after my workout!
