Where art thou moderators?

Hi everyone -

Things are getting pretty busy around here lately, and we'd love to share some of the moderation responsibility with the community.

Does anyone want to become a moderator for this 'Getting Started' group?

I had sent a reply email, but didn't realize to post.... bad call. In any case what would we be expected on doing or what would you want us to do as far as initiative or just be watchful over the area.

Let me know if you're looking for several moderators. I'd hate to be the only one looking in on the group though.

I would think that moderators for a group would have the ability to remove comments and posts from a group if they are deemed to be inappropriate. Also, I think multiple moderators is a good idea -- as moderators should only assist when they have the time to do so (It isn't a job after all, its fun!)

What do you all think?

Sounds like fun. I would love to mod the 'Getting Started' group; I already read most of the posts regularly. I also like the idea for multiple moderators, especially if the group gets too busy.
