Exercise Steps

Lay with legs straight up in air.

Bring legs straight up in the air and upper torso towards ceiling.

Lower and repeat.

You can also begin with knees bent and with no momentum, squeeze your abs and bring your knees in, inhale as you release and exhale as you curl. This exercise is great for mothers, who may have a problem with lower abs.
