Sets/Reps Do it all at once or spread it around ?

Okay lets say I am working on my chest and I am planning on doing butterflys, push ups, and bench press all for 3 sets of 12 reps. Do i do all 3 sets of push ups then go to butterflys then finish up 3 sets of butterflys then go to bench press or do I do 1 set of butterfly go to bench press for 1 set then push up for 1 set then 2nd set and so on ?? thank you

That depends on what you are

That depends on what you are trying to do. Remember I told you there is a lot more to this than just going in lifting some weights. If you are doing pre exhaustion techniques then you can do the push ups and flyes first. If you are aiming for the triple set for glycogen burns then you can tri set it however just begining I would not recommend a triset. this all depends on what you are hoping to get out of it. Like I told you before you should worry more about getting familiar with the exercises and how to do them first.
