Well, I ended up being so sore that I didn't work out for a few days. So today I made a Cancun workout program. I will have to redo my goal for some of the exercises. I was able to do 6 ab bridges for 30 secs each. Then I was able to accomplish 4 sets of reverse crunches 15 reps. After that I went into leg lifts with ankle weights on, I then moved on to try some lunges, with those same ankle weights. Unfortunately, I was unable to accomplish more than 4. There was no cardio today.
