Just tried it, here's my take on it...
This is a great little site. I really like the concept of exchanging workouts and having a goal oriented fitness community. I especially like how you mark off the workouts you have completed. My only qualm so far is that I am finding it somewhat tedious and time consuming to enter exercises and create the workouts I am currently doing. For example, I am currently doing a 5 day split weight lifting routine. Now, I am currently doing some extra things to get ready for a physical fitness test that I must take a month from now. So, I am now also doing the following: interval (HIIT) treadmill, light treadmill, light running, longer distance running, and interval running. I am also working up a progression of situps twice per day, six days per week. Now, there is no resonable way to get that kind of information into this system that I can figure out. It would take me a very long time, searching for the individual exercise, seeing if it matches, creating a new one if not, then creating a new workout, then adding it to the new workout. Do you understand my point? I suggest creating some sort of rapid entry capability for those who already have predefined workouts that they would like to enter into the system. This would greatly enhance the value of this webite and also might get those who otherwise wouldn't bother, to share and contibute to the growing community.
