I don't exercise anywhere near enough. I keep starting new things and only plugging away at it for a few days. I always manage to get distracted by all the tons of other things that I have to do or I want to do, and somehow, exercising gets shoved to the side and ignored.

So here's hoping that being accountable will help me get into shape.

so far, i've managed a workout a day.

my abs and arms aren't particularly happy with me, but hopefully, i'll get stronger and my muscle will build up as i go along.
