- One of my favorite exercises is mountain biking. I also enjoy walking and jogging. Resistance weight training is fun; although, I need to have better structured workouts. I tried jumping rope a few times. Holly Crap! Was that difficult or what? I have so much respect for the boxers that can do that for like an hour. That is so insane!

- My favorite movie is Firefly. It was also a great SciFi series. Hey, how can you go wrong with space ships and six shooters? (Ha Ha) Firefly fans unite! OK, I think that I am turning into an uberdork. The funny thing is, I can't tell if that is a good thing or not.
- Best/Worst Pick up line at the gym
Not sure about that. I am married, and not into the pick up lines at the gym.

I kind of do my own thing. I like to wear socks and sandals with shorts. My wife hates that! LOL

- I heard somebody scratch there braces on a chalkboard once. Trust me, you never want to hear that sound!

- A large mix of music, but I enjoy adult alternative, and some pop rock, like Yellowcard and Taking Back Sunday. I also have lots of dance, techno, and house music. They are great to workout with.

- Broke my thumb. I guess that is not very bad.
